At RuffHouse Productions our goal is to make high quality films on a small budget. Our films have been recognized internationally in several renowned festivals including Cannes, NATPE and AFM. Our first feature film “The Guardians” was awarded Best Family Feature at the New York International Independent Film and Video Festival. “The Guardians” was filmed using high end equipment, the latest technology and a stellar cast. Our movies, including Action News 5, was done in 35mm with a budget much lower than other competiting production companies. We utilize the top equipment and some of the best personnel on both west and east coast.

KDS Studio
In addition to our production company, Ruffhouse also has a full recording studio called KDS Studio. KDS is one of the leading music studios in the United States. We have had over 13 platinum albums recorded at KDS Studio over the last 18 months. Some of these multi-plantinum albums include Dr. Dre and Eminem.

We provide 4 recording rooms and full rehearsal space. We have the SSL 9000 in our top A Room and have some of the best engineers in the industry. We have full mastering and mixing capabilities. Our 8000 sq ft facility can take care of all your music needs. Our studio can be used in the film industry for ADR, scoring, and sound tracks.
